People write what happened
A review is written by the person who used the company. We do not copy reviews from other websites.

A review is written by the person who used the company. We do not copy reviews from other websites.
02
The review is not public until you open the confirmation link. We do not show your email on the page.
03
The company cannot pay us to take a review down. A refund or an apology does not remove it.
04
If Trustpilot, Google, Facebook or another site already shows a score, we can list that number with a link. We do not copy the written reviews under it.
05
Every score is shown out of five, so they are easy to compare. If a site uses ten or a hundred, we convert it. You can still see their original number.
06
Each review website counts once. A site with thousands of reviews cannot hide a low score on another site. If we only have one website, we say so. A dash means we do not have a score from that site yet.
07
People usually review the place they visited. When we have a town score and a company-wide score, we show both.
08
A used car, Motability, a job on your home — pick one. We keep those scores apart. We do not guess this from other websites.
09
If a review looks made-up, copied, or dangerous, tell us. We read it. A concern does not hide a review on its own.
10
A court order, or if the review puts someone in danger. That is the list.
Those numbers already sit on the other website. We show them so you can see more than one view. We do not copy the written reviews.
If we cannot open a page that shows a number, we leave that row blank. We do not guess.
This site is not a bank or a financial adviser. We still keep the board honest: no fake reviews, no paid takedowns, and no made-up scores.
Fake reviews are against the law. We keep your email private. The full detail is on the privacy and terms pages.

Reviews stay up.
