If you run the firm, your name is already on the register. That is not a listing we invented, and it is not something you have to pay for just to exist here. Anyone can look you up. Anyone who used you can write what happened.

What you can do is claim it. Then, when someone writes a review, you get an alert, and you can reply underneath. That is where your side sits: the job card, the access you were given, the bit that was not said.

The reply stays under the review. It does not edit their words. It does not move the stars.

The rule

You cannot buy the score.

A review on this site is written by the person who used the shop, garage or office. You cannot pay us to take it down. A refund, a gesture or an apology does not remove it. We take a review down for two reasons: a court order, or if it puts someone in danger. That is the whole list.

We do it that way on purpose. If money could change the score, nobody would trust the page, and the listing would not be worth claiming.
